You might remember multistitch as the one where you start off with a regular bracelet and then add on beads making the cuff taller, and peyote as making a band and then joining the ends together. thats just how i remember the two. hklollypinkicecream2

multistitch is inherently tubular, while peyote stitch is a flat panel that can be looped at the end to make a cuff OR be kept flat to make a charm or panel happy

I think it's just the way they're woven! Peyote cuffs are flat on the sides, while multistitch kinda has zig-zaggy sides, but other than that I don't think there's much of a difference except maybe peyote is stronger? Just an observation from a beginner bracelet maker!!
