a couple years?? uhhh i feel like i have for a bit but i can’t remember when i realized it was actually age regressing, that bit was pretty recently

usually i just lie in bed and watch moominvalley or adventure time :3 sometimes i like to color too!!

4. Do you have or want a caregiver?

don’t have one and i don’t think i need a “caregiver”, so to speak. i regress to about 6-8 years old and im pretty similar to how i really was back then when i regress, just a bit more emotional. that being said i’ve always liked entertaining myself and i still have really good control over things— i can make my own food, choose my own activities, etc etc. so i don’t really need one though if someone is around while i’m regressing i just hope they understand

i like sweets when i regress lol. fruit and water are nice too :3

MY STUFFIESSS!!! MY STUFFIES! i hold my sleepykins and squeezy (my favorite cuddle buddies) 100% of the time i’m regressing unless i’m doing another activity, and then they’re right next to me

nah. regression is cool and it was nice to be able to talk about it without scrutiny!!

involuntarily, probably longer than i remember. voluntarily, a year or two.

i have (irl) friends who are familiar with age regression, but i dont discuss it a lot so im not sure!

hell no! i dont trust anyone enough for that. we have caregivers in our system, but mostly we're our own caregiver and that's enough

popsicles, cut up fruit

stuffed animals! switch! coloring books!

i regress mostly involuntarily, and part of the regression is held by the system little! we only really half-regress, so we're still in a mostly "mature" state of mind and we can still do things. pretty cool kinda!

1. Involuntarily for around 8+ years now due to trauma/PTSD.

2. According to my parents I like to follow them around most of the time, but I also make bracelets for some of my stuffed animals, color and play with some toys/stuffed animals I have!

4. My parents I suppose? There is also someone at my high school who follows me around in case i need help so I'm not sure if that helps.

5. My food taste is the same as when I am not regressed. Sesame buns, mac n cheese (even though I'm lactose intolerant), crackers, and cosmic brownies.

6. Mainly my plushies, but I also have toy cars and videogames! (I also keep chewlery on me even when I'm not regressed soooo.. that too I suppose.)

7. I age regress to the age of eight because that is when the traumatic event happened. I also have no memory before the age of eight. It is usually brought on by a triggering memory or I recognize something that relates to the event. In my opinion, it hurts to regress because I always get awful migraines.
