how many rows of beads would i need for 36DD kandi bikini top?

I am making a top for a girl whom i will be meeting at Youmacon and she is giving me a link/navi plushie in return and i am at a loss in how many rows i would need for this. and please i am just a newbie so no harsh comments.

30-32. If possible, for the most accurate size, maybe ask her to measure from her ribs, where her bra hits, up to where she wants the top of the bikini to be? Because the 36DD really only says how big around to make it, not how tall
