Perler beads are curved?? :/ help

josuyasu 9/12/2021 04:35 pm 728

Whenever I make perlers, they always end up curving. I don't know why, I've tried setting a heavy book over it while it cools, but it doesnt work. I thought it was the surface of the ironing board wasn't flat enough, so I used a clipboard but it still came out curved. Help 2.gif

maybe try putting a fat rock on top of the book, or a brick

sometimes if you have the iron on too hot it can cause bending, so maybe turn down the iron a bit and melt them a little at a time

Maybe try doing more than just a heavy book? I use a heavy book then put my container of beads on top just in case. Sorry that its not working for u tho D:

it's likely bcs the heat warps the patterns, just like with shrinky dinks nd shit. I'm not completely sure why setting a book on it WOULDNT help though kao cry good luck m8 /g
