Honeybees dance to tell others where flowers are!!
In a study done on honeybees, larvae was taken from a hive and raised separately in their own. After the honeybees grew and started gathering nectar, they would dance to tell the others where the pollen was! This showed that the behavior isn't learned, but it's natural!
They fall asleep in flowers sometimes <3
Sometimes bumblebees will let you pet them.
Carpenter bees don't sting (females do but they stay in the hive).
Carpenter bees are very territorial. I've seen them crowd around wasps and hornets to scare them off.
Ground hornets are actually wasps but are about 1 inch (~2.5 cm) long and build their nests in the ground. They are also known as Cicada Killers.
Bull hornets will chase you if you aggravate them. They also latch on to you and will sting until they see fit to stop.
Most bees release pheromones when you smash them, letting others in the area know to sting you.
As a rule bees will leave you alone if you leave them alone.
Mud daubers build their nests out of mud and dirt, and are very docile. Out of my whole life dealing with them I've never been stung.
Most bees have a speed of somewhere between 20-30 mph (~32-48 kmh). You can't outrun them.

Sorry if that's a lot!! I really like bees happy
