I want to make a bunch of perler bead patterns, but don't want to use the pattern maker until I actually have the pattern all planned out. Do you guys know any websites or art programs that are good for making pixel art (or made specifically for that purpose)? Bonus points if its something that will work on an iPad, since thats what i do most of my art on.
