how to make a mini rotating cuff?

i want to make a small rotating cuff, with one x being the rotating part. how big should i make the base?

i do 4 x’s tall personally if you want to be able to put a 1x rotator in the middle! Only 3 x’s tall if you just want a single in the middle!

3x or 4x base as u need crosses on the top two and space in the middle for the roatating bit
