forum glitch???

i found a glitch with the forum i think? if i type a colon, less/greater than sign, stuff like that, it won't show up and i have to edit my comment/post in order for it to actually show.

does this happen with anyone else?

you would happen to be using this site on a phone right? I have a similar issues on my phone e but I just make sure to put an extra space after I finish a sentence so the last character, word, or punctuation marks

edit: it worked for me and it just turned the one with the greater than sign into an emoticon

That happens for me too! It also happens with exclaimation points too

I’ve experienced something similar, but instead sometimes if I add an exclamation point at the end of a sentence it won’t always show up, same with a smiley face (colon closed parentheses) or (colon capital d), stuff like that
