What do the star things mean?

The stars that are under our name an picture and stuff when posting answers to questions? And why do some people have them filled in to different amounts?

Sorry, you are unable to reply. If the thread is still open, you might have been blocked from commenting due to spam or abuse, or we might not have been able to verify that you are a real account. Try updating your profile and interacting more on the site. There are greater restrictions on forum comments due to spam. Spam comments will still not be published, even for verified accounts

I am actually already keeping track of the "post count" and using that to generate the stars, so it's not hard at all happy I like having the visual representation as well though

You could put a post count like how kanditrade does it. Unless thats hard to do of course

It's how many questions you've answered... similar to member levels on a forum. But I've realized that some people's are filling up far too fast, so I either need to change the points formula or just get rid of it, lol. I wanted to start counting people's activity now so that if I do eventually turn this into a forum, people will get credit for their previous posts. I'd hate for everyone to start at zero.
