Is it possible to make a 3d out of a regular cuff?

like in the kandipatterns tutorial for a hello kitty. can you make that kinda cuff 3d?

Yes, it just uses more beads. This was a normal multi-stitch cuff originally. And the second was a normal peyote at first.
