username change help?

i keep trying to change my username, but every time i refresh the page, my username just stays the same. ive already tried logging in with the new username too. im super confused :[

Sorry, you are unable to reply. If the thread is still open, you might have been blocked from commenting due to spam or abuse, or we might not have been able to verify that you are a real account. Try updating your profile and interacting more on the site. There are greater restrictions on forum comments due to spam. Spam comments will still not be published, even for verified accounts

@catcore: yep! no problem. the cache is usually the culprit in an unchanging username or profile picture.

try clearing your cache?

log out and log back in! that’s what happened to me but i logged out and put in my new username and current pass and it worke
