What's the difference between CW and TW? /gen

So I know that CW stands for Content Warning and TW stands for Trigger Warning, but what are their differences? I don't think that they're supposed to be used interchangeably..

tw is used when talking abt something that may be triggering to people like self harm or abuse . cw is used when talking abt things like food or maybe cuss words or harsh wording . tw is just used when something that could really really trigger someone and cw is just with things some people may not want to see . i hope i explained it in a way that you can understand , i'm really bad with words ^_^
