I’ve gotta read the hound of the baskervilles for school and it is one of the most boring things I’ve read but I rlly gotta finish it like super soon so I was just wondering if anyone had some tips for getting thru super boring books or just general tips on how to get work done faster (I gotta write about the book too).

Either take small breaks or speed read by blurring your eyes a bit and moving your eyes fast (If you get what I mean)

If I find a super boring book, I'll usually look on schmoop!! they have study guides with super detailed summaries per chapter! I found the link to your book:

I got through a book I hated using schmoop and my teacher had no idea that I never physically read past the first chapter hehe

Hm if you can find an audiobook version you can listen to it in the background while you do something else?
