help w first cuff??

i rlly wanna make my first cuff but,, actually dont know how. ive seen a lot of photo and text explanations on how to but its rlly hard for me to understand, especially with tying off parts

if theres any videos showing how to that arent just photo comps then thatd be rlly helpful ':3 thx!!
