I THINK I MAY HAVE INSOMNIA

So, For a while now, I've been having trouble sleeping. I was looking on a website and it looked like I had most of what was going on. I waited until this morning, and most of the symptoms were happening. I am not self diagnosing, I'm just wondering if you guys think I have it or not.

I've had insomnia FOR YEARRSS, and if you feel like you have the symptoms, talk to a doctor ab it bc it can really.

idk I have insomnia but if you have most of the symptoms you probably do. I would still ask a professional tho
