I like making charms using air dry clay and eye pins!!

id also try buttons! (ones that have the character/whatever on the front, while some little knob kind of where you put the string through on the backside) , and also if youre putting toys on cuffs, you can just tie a tight loop around the body/neck/ any other secure place, and then weave it through the points (if youre making a 3d xp)

okay so i went to walmart, there wasnt any charms, so i found these button things, that have a loop on the back where you can slide what was supposed to be thread, but instead i exchanged it for elastic cord, and make a bunch of singles! they have bees, disney stuff, ducks, steampunk gears, puppies, kittens, and more. i also found more buttons like that at hobby lobby. i hope this somewhat helps??
