AaksgakhfjafhgaikGFKADFJGJ i fawking luv MACHIN3 GIRL!!!!! its lik3 so bad but so gooood if u like 100 g3cs i tot3s r3ccomm3nd th3m, its v3ry loud aggr3siv3 and glitchy but omg its just. y3sssss >x333 som3 of th3ir old3r shiz is mor3 br3akb3at and it also slaps HARD so if u lik3 3l3ctronic and glitchy hardcor3 stuff go ch3ck th3m out its s3xy and swag xP

OH MY GOD IM CURRENTLY HYPERFIXATING ON GORILLAZ THEYRE SO COOL

first of all, even if ya just wanna get into their music, it's SO GOOD. each album has its own feel and they don't just stick to one genre, which i find SO COOL. i don't know a lot of bands that do that!!! imo their best albums are Demon Days and Humanz, i also love Plastic Beach and The Now Now! all of their albums are SO SO SO VERY GOOD.

then of course there's the lore/character aspect!!! so if you didnt know Gorillaz is a virtual band put together by Damon Albarn (who had previously been in the band Blur, and actually is the singer of the band under the character of 2D, and Jamie Hewlett, a comic artist who can particularly be known for Tank Girl, but all of the members of the band are cartoon characters! there's the singer, 2D, the bassist (and self-proclaimed leader of the band), Murdoc Niccals, the guitarist, Noodle, and the drummer, Russel Hobbs! and they're not just like, characters that appear in the music videos (which are RIDICULOUSLY GOOD BY THE WAY). there's a deep and complex backstory to Gorillaz, and they're all fleshed out characters with completely developed personalities and backstories, and there's lore that ties each album together!! they even do interviews using voice actors-- so each character has a voice actor that shows up in the "Bitez", which are pretty much just slice of life shorts, and in the interviews, and any other promotional/extra stuff. everything is so complex, too-- they've been around since like, 1998, so there's a lot of lore and a lot of stuff to catch up on! i really love their approach to storytelling and i like how they delve into really deep things even when it's just through a silly band. like, some of the most accurate depictions of trauma and responses to that trauma were done by Gorillaz. same with complex interpersonal relationships.

anyways, they're a good band musically and they have the aspect pretty much no other band has-- that they have completely fictional stories that you can learn about and follow with the music!! i love them so much

my sister used to be really obcessed with TOP and i saw them live like 3 times and OMG THEIR CONCERTS ARE THE BEST. personally i dont listen to their music a lot but tyler and josh and super talented and i really like a album vessel.

um um so recently I’ve only been listening to waterparks, the brobecks, fall out boy and idkhow. Like that’s all I listen to. Anything else doesn’t feel right at this moment . And also if anyone here listens to any of these bands plz b my friend !!

ok ok, so recently i started listening to malice mizer & their songs are just??? so good?? like my brain is,,, wowowowow, and then i heard that one of their members (mana) started a new band after they broke up called moi dix mois and i started listening to them too ans they are??? their songs? go so hard??? skdjdjsfchdjdjfcjjf i can't stop listening to them omg

earlier this week i was having a panic attack and i was trying to listen to music to make me feel better, right?? but this time, nothing was working and i couldn't get my mind off of what was bothering me UNTIL i listened to slowtown by twenty one pilots and it made me feel SO much better. tøp has been my favorite band for a few years now and i love every song they've put out. ive seen them live twice and those two nights are tied for the best of my life. their music means so much to me. when i listen to their lyrics feel like tyler joseph crawled into my brain and turned my indescribable thoughts into the perfect words. ugh i could talk about how much i love this band for HOURS and still have more to say.
