Designer not saving

Hello! This is my first time using the designer on this website. I completed a pattern and even saved it and printed it (but the saved image of the printed version doesn't have the grid).

When I went back to my saved patterns, the pattern was just a series of grey lines. I am not sure if I did something wrong, or if there is a bug in the designer?

@PEPBUTTZ: I think my issue happened when I saved, so duplicating it would not have really worked. I've always used stitch fiddle for cross stitching, so I might stay in the cross stitching websites (the pixel work is the same).

@arthurianmaiden: im sure this doesnt happen too often. i never have issues saving my patterns so its probably not a common bug. if you decide to use this sites pattern maker again, be sure to duplicate your design just in case. regardless, its a shame you lost all your hard work :<

@PEPBUTTZ: oh gosh. I am now too scared of trying new patterns after I spent so much time ont his one, so I suppose I'll move to other websites

its probably a bug since the current pattern maker is still new and under active development :-(

Personally im not rlly familiar with the designrr itself but i do know that since flash shut down a new one had to be madee so its like in beta or alpha or something and isntt done yet. probably y that happned. srry that happenedd!!
