No because it won't really stretch

Yes it is if you want the cuff, or bracelet not to stretch. But its just going to be hard to put the cuff on. :p Or bracelet.

No, because it doesn't stretch and you need cuffs to stretch when you're getting them over your hands. Fishing line is good for necklace, backpacks, flat peyote figures, etc; but not for bracelets or cuffs.

if you are not making cuffs and stuff like that yes, it is, if you're making bags and other things.

I asked myself the same question and experimented. Like the others that have already commented, I would suggest continuing to use the Bead N Stretch. You usually use fishing like on the out sides of 3Ds, or on bigger projects like backpacks, bikinis, and bandanas. (Wow, those all started with b!)

Elastic string is better for cuffs, Fishing line is for things that don't need to stretch :/

Yeah I would not suggest fishing line, unless you only want to use it on the outside of 3d's where they don't stretch

I agree with the comments previous to mine. fishing line is only good for things you don't need to stretch (i.e. backpacks, bows, little peyote stitch dude-adds, purses, etc.) i like using stretch magic or fabric covered elastic from jo-ann's beacuse i'm allergic to latex XD

Cuffs need to stretch, otherwise they will break or be really uncomfortable

Fishing line is really only good for backpacks and purses, stuff you really wouldn't want to break. p.s. if you're bead n stretch only lasted two cuffs you must be making some giant stuff O.O
