flat peyote stitches

I just have a question on all flat peyote stitches do all of the start midway/close to the middle? I feel kinda dumb asking this >.> haha but yeah that's all

depends on the peyote. If it's square or a rectangle then u can start at the bottom. but if u want to play it safe, always start in the middle

Not always. If the peyote is a square or a rectangle you can start it wherever you want. If it's a circle it starts in the middle. If it isn't a common shape then you can start at the widest part. This is what I go by when I'm going to make a flat peyote.
