Any advice? (TW: S*icide )

TheBangContainersInUrCloset 3/10/2021 07:21 am 735

So tomorrow, I do in-person school (I've been going for two weeks) and I'm planning to talking to my counselor about my suicidal thoughts. does anybody have advice? I'm really scared to, but I currently do not have a therapist, so I need to go.

(edit: I didn't talk to my counselor but this was the day, I took a test and one the questions was about suicide. )

@stella_luvsfnaf: It depends, the teacher could still rat them out to your parents. If you would like/perfer, you could say I have the thoughts instead of making up a random person.

Try talking to the counselor about something that's not as major as that first to see if you can trust them, sometimes counselors just rat you out and get you into a worse situation than your already in so it's good to find out how your counselor acts around problems first, or instead if you really want help from your suicidal thoughts say that your friend has those thoughts so you don't have the risk of being rat out on while your still getting the adive you need (say its a friend that doesn't go to your school/is an online friend you met over the internet)

ALWAYS. say that you're doing better now, even if you aren't. school consluers are d!cks. they can and will tell your parents everything. so unless you want your parents to get involved, say you're doing better. trust me.
