I need some help with the X base cuff. Every time I make it it looks bad. Does anyone have any advice

use thicker string so it'll have more support!!

ooookkkkk soo the tutorial that i used was by ginger cand-e, and that helped me a loooooooot, but i also watched liya kittens video and that looked very helpful aswell....... but whats the main thing you need help with?!?!?
