Is it okay to sell my 'kandi' backpacks?

Deleted Account 4/17/2012 01:07 pm 3711

I just wanted to know if it would be okay to sell my animal backpacks/purses since I make the straps out of my kandi supplies because I don't want to feel like I'm selling kandi

There are sooo many questions similar to this, and I'm just going to say the same thing every single time: If you want to sell something, Sell it! It's your choice, not anyone elses, and if someone has a problem with it that's their opinion. Sell your backpacks, make some money from them. If anyone says anything nasty to you, just ignore them or it's on the internet, delete and block.

doesnt matter what folks think. do what u love and dont let ppl tell u otherwise. ppl desreve respect wether or not they do somthing u dont like, so anyone who hates on ya for selling is just fooling themselves

For anything I sell, all the money I get goes right back into buying supplies to make more kandi.. pretty much, people are only buying the supplies, I'm doing the labor and pattern making (if need be) all on my own.. I say, if it makes you uncomfortable, don't do it. But, if you can estimate how much it cost you for the parts for the backpack, then sell it for that, then that might feel a little better

Honestly I think the most important thing is not to sell what other people give you. You made it, it's your affair.

They are super cute! I think it's okay it's mostly stuffed animal. Even if it was fully kandi it would be okay even still. But if it was really bothering you you could trade with a friend:3

I sell my bikinis and certain very large kuffs, but I barely make any profit off it, if any at all, and all the money goes into the next project or getting to the next rave. So it's really up to you. PLUR <3

It doesnt really matter what we think of you selling these stuffed animal back packs or actual kandi or not. It is your choice to do so, and only yours. People give me crap all the time for selling bikini's but I'm trying to make money to buy beads so I could care less if the dont like it or not. It is always your decision in the end and if you have customers willing to buy, then go for it.

You can really sell whatever you want, it's primarily your decision and if other people are going to give you crap about it then screw them

That doesn't look like kandi to me either, as it is primarily fabric. So I see no issue with it
