so ive been trying to make a cuff but im so confused im trying to follow the steps on here but i just dont get it makes me so confused is there a certian way i need to do it?? PLS I SOUND STUPID

At the time I wrote the tutorials on here (2010), the other written tutorials out in the world were very short and not detailed enough for me, so I wrote the kinds of tutorials that I wanted and needed. I spent a LOT of time on them and was trying my absolute hardest to help people. But they’re written in a way that they either work for you or they don’t. Some people love them and have told me how much they appreciate them. Others find the level of detail confusing. We all learn differently and understand things differently. You’re not stupid if you can’t understand them. It just means that the way I explain things doesn’t work for you.

These days, there are a lot more tutorials out there, especially videos. So if you find the tutorials confusing, I’d say they’re not for you, and I’d recommend that you try other tutorials. Don’t waste time struggling with the ones on here. They’re just one way of doing it, and they’re so old that the techniques and terms might have changed since then.

i suggest not using tutorials on here,,, theyre pretty confusing 2 me...

first you should make a peyote cuff!!!!!! those are pretty simple and theres a buncha tutorials on yt,,, for my first peyote cuff i used cybr.grl's vid !!!!!!!! also x-bases turn out really really cool if you do it properly !!!! for those i used ginger cand-e's vid !!!!!!!!!! n last thing,,, please make a few cuffs before using kandi toybox's vids,,,, they go super fast and its pretty hard to catch up for me,, hope this helps !?!?!??!!?!?

So like pls don't listen to the tutorial on here its so confusing and not how i learned.

First, make a single, and then put a bead on the string, and put the string through a bead in the single.

Sorry im bad at describing tings nmbsjbscsbhjsz

for 2d cuffs, there are two main ways:

if the top and bottom are flat, its a peyote!

if the top and bottom are bumpy/wiggly, its a multistitch!

there are some really good tutorials on youtube, i recommend vicky's kandi shoppe!!

which tutorial are you using? on the hello kitty cuff one it has these pretty helpful tips maybe those will help for the rows?
"1) When stringing a new bead, skip a bead; don't string through the bead directly next to where you're coming from
2) When ending the row, you'll need to pull through two beads (this rule goes for all cuffs with an even number of beads for the base)"
