I see everyone's already suggested liyakitten's tutorial lol. You can also attach toys and stuff to huge kandi like that! I attached a mini magnetic drawing thingy to mine (like an etch-a-sketch but it has a magnetic pen you can hold). Thrift stores and the dollar tree are great places to find toys and charms to put on rotating kandi or just bigger kandi in general.

I cant link it, but uh, I suggest watching liyakitten's rotating kandi cuff tutorials, and ideas, the colors or main color of one of your favorite characters, your favorite color, stuff like that :3
