the string looks a little loose in that area, the pink string in the gray/black rows is especially prominent. And the knot being there probably isn’t helping, knots can sometimes slant the positioning of the beads a little, especially if you choose to hide them inside the beads. not sure if this would work for sure but I’d try to return the knot to where it was originally tied, and going through the slanted beads with your string a few times along with the beads next to them, which should hopefully fix the tension and better position the beads a little

odd peyote can be a struggle u got this
