3D Kandi Shaker Bone?

I've been wanting to make a 3D kandi shaker bone but I haven't found any tutorials for one and I'm not sure how to make the "bump"/sides of the bone. I've tried to follow a tut for a kandi 'rocket' for the bumps but it was confusing and didn't work very well.
Does anybody have any ideas for this project?

tbh I’m not rlly sure but I made a pokeball for my friend of the tutorial on here and it was round and worked, how about making 2 of them in whatever color u want but leave one end open and thread it together?? Sadly idk but this was the first idea I had
