I just made my first perler bead design thingy and i wanted to attach it to a cuff. which side faces up?

I would go for the smooth side, as I think it looks better. It's your choice though!

I would say you put side #1 facing up, as I like the perler to look fused instead of melted, if you know what I mean, but again, it's your choice. I'm just letting you know what I prefer.
