Where did the pattren maker go?

I was looking for the pattern maker button and saw it was replaced with this "qestions" button. where do you acess the pattren maker now?

Now I'm wondering if I should get rid of the colorful button instead! I think I'll at least shrink it down

There's a big colorful button on the top left column. I'll see if I can reduce the font size and put it back on the top navigation bar too
