Raving with Cerebral Palsy?

Hello all! I'm someone who has been making kandi well before i was old enough to rave. Now that I'm finally reaching an appropriate age, I feel the need to ask all you experienced ravers if it would even be safe for me to go? I have spastic diplegia, a form of cerebral palsy that strictly affects the legs and balance of a person. I am also severely pidgeon toed in my left foot. While i dont walk with crutches like many other severe cases, my balance tends to be lost a lot. Would being at a rave be too dangerous for me? I'm also worried of being made fun of, but that's not too big of a concern to me. All i really wanna do is meet new people and share my kandi. 513b55c6de216_kao_happy.gif

Hi! I'm not a raver, but i've seen what people do there. There is lots of standing and dancing going on, so i think it is ok kinda... If you go raving for the first time try and take breaks and don't surround yourself with people who are wild or drunk. Just try to take lots of breaks and drink lots of water and don't rave for like over 4 hours.... Have fun!kao smile

At every rave i've been to everyone is very accepting and friendly. In a Rave I'd say most of us are there with the plur mentality where everyone can feel accepted & safe but in festivals some people just don't know or understand the scene so you might run into some jocks but for the most part you probably won't even meet those types. As long as you can keep yourself out if harms way we will welcome you with open arms to this wonderful community.
