sonic?!?!?!?/1/?!?!?!

ive been a sonic "fan" since i was around 10!! (I say fan because I never really got into it.) like, I knew who he was, and I was interested in sonic but I never fully GOT into it. i recently saw sonic 3 and I fell in love. and,.I wanna know more, like should I watch the shows? or read the comics?! idk, I just don't know where to start

yeah ofc sonic x, boom, and prime are all pretty good shows :3 (when I read sonic as the title my mind went "shadow" and then "sonic the fast food place??"

The only form of Sonic I watched is Sonic X so I think you should watch that! (I’m not a sonic fan jsyk)

I have been a fan ever since I was very little, like 5 or something. My introduction to the franchise was through one of the GameCube games Sonic adventure 2 battle. It’s an extremely fun game with a cool story, fun stages, and a sick ass soundtrack. Seriously, you gotta listen to Aquatic Mines or White Jungle.

I recommend playing the first if you have already played or seen the og games from the 90’s. You can still get it on steam or watch a long play of it, but I will warn you it’s not the prettiest game in the franchise it has that early 2000’s 3d game crunch to it but I assure you it’s still fun

Also the chao garden…enough said

Edit: I just realized you were talking about shows or comics not games…my bad ;-;

(sort of) official Sonic fan here while most of the sonic cartoons are really good, like sonic prime, they're not very important to the lore of sonic. If you want to know more about the lore, read the Archie comics. They are EXTREMELY weird however and there are like a billion chapters if you don't really care about the lore but you just wanna enjoy the characters n stuff, definitely watch the cartoons or play the games. the IDW sonic comics are also reaaaalllly good and I love them if you don't really know where to start first, I would recommend either reading the IDW comics or playing one of the games. They give you the base line on what sonic is about, and then expand on it a bit with some story.
