How would I start a kandi dress?

I wanted to at least attempt to make it, but not quite sure how to get things going.

oh cool i made a green domo one but my fishing line dissolved so i only have the face cuz i used elastic string but itz ok i sewed the face to the back of my domo shirt

I would personally start at the bottom, with a multi that goes out into a x-base then work your way up by doing a different stitch and attach it all together. http://kanditoybox.webnode.com/products/sexy-rainbow-one-piece-size-one-size-fits-most-xs-sm-med/ that is a good idea for the top and such, its actually my favorite dress of her's
