I want to create this logo on a mask how do I create the pattern

If it was me, I would just make a basic single-colored mask (probably white) and then use shrink plastic in order to create the logo. Then I'd just attach the plastic to the mask and ka-pow, done. A complex pattern like that would be kind of hard to actually make out of pony beads I think. Hopefully this helps some ^^
