Extreme kandi block

I haven't been able to make Kandi at all lately. In fact, I think the last thing I made was in July. I don't know what to do to get over it so I'm going to ask all of you for some advice. I tried sitting down for a kandi session and I barely made it through a single. I don't WANT to give up kandi but I really don't have the inspiration, motivation and patience for it these past months.

What do you do to get over kandi block?

I dunno if you have Netflix or not, but if you do theres a documentary called "Under the Electric Sky" and its all about EDC 2013 and includes footage about kandi and some great sets. I watch it frequently when I go through a block and it always pulls me out. Hope this helps!wink

I look up pictures of kandi kids and EDC all together, because the love and passion that I feel for those things inspire me to make anything I want. big grin

When I have kandi block its normally because I've either A) burned myself out of it from making so much or B) I have a lot of stuff going on in my life at the moment. I normally just sit back for a few weeks to a month or two and just surround myself with other things I like (hanging out with friends, geocaching, baking, etc) Then, I go to Hobby Lobby or Joann's or Michael's and buy a few things to get me reinterested in kandi such as new charms or a new set of beads I really like. happy

I like watching kandi update/collection videos on Youtube and looking at kandi on either Kandi Land (facebook), Kandipatterns, or tumblr. Sometimes that motivates and inspires me.
