I would say use socials to promote your products, I would say eBay or Kofi, since they don't charge you to post your products (unlike etsy...) and they don't charge you anything until you make a sale. Meaning they take out a portion of what you make when you make a sale. So you can actually build your shops inventory as you go without the worry of paying fees ^.^ If you are serious about selling then I would make social medias dedicated to your kandies. As for selling in person, I would try to attend craft fairs, farmer markets, and even creating your own garage sale if you think people will show up to look. I make other types of jewelry other than kandi, but I always make kandi available alongside my other items. So I can get away with saying "Handmade Jewelry For Sale!" and just put Kandi out on the tables too lol. Good luck with your shop!

i would reccomend promoting your business on other platforms such as tiktok or insta. ofc if u dont have them you could even promote ur store on here, itz totally exceptable, especially since this website is deticated to kandi. when you release a new product, try to promote it, so ppl realise it exists and it is on their minds. if u plan on selling on etsy, try to accept the fact that you may not get your first sale for a few months, and just keep making kandi
