How do i upload my melty bead patterns on here?

I just made a pettern but I don't know how to down load the pattern.. can someone help me please?5148b8c87f4ba_shocked.gif

rainbowsmilein the pattern maker on the bottom left side there should be a up arrow and click on it and name it and click on share to site i hopped it helped
