Do i need parchment paper for perlers

question bc idk how to tell my parents to drive me to the store or smth- I want to know if i NEED parchment paper or if i can use an at home alterantive ;-;

@Nutella78: the painters tape is to prevent warping of perler boards, i've always seen it paired with the use of parchment paper

i noticed a lot of people suggested wax people. if you decide to try that please be aware that at high heat wax paper is a lot more likely to catch on fire than parchment paper. was paper is not heat resistant and is best used for room temperature or cold items.

for safety reasons i would highly suggest waiting until you can get parchment paper. hkbear

@Nutella78: painters tape is used for getting the perler off the pegboard, not ironing

I've seen some people use painters tape I think? You should probably test it on a small thing first though cause idk-

wax paper works but it’s hard to peel off, i also think you can put it in oven but idont have a working oven so i have t looked into t

you can use baking paper or those air fryer liners (not the ones with holes in)

you can use wax paper too but as far as i know u can use nothing but wax paper, parchment paper, or the official perler ironing paper
