Help with EDC?

So I'm going to EDC NYC 2015 in May (if you're going let me know!!) and I'm not really sure what to expect/see/wear? Can anyone with experience give me a run down??

well... don't be discouraged. it will probably be like a rave were everyone (most people at least) are nice. hug like the world ends tomorrow. bring traceable kandi. wear lots of kandi. wear the furry things. and most importantly DONT LISTEN to ME AND JUST BE YOURESELF!!! CAPS JUST BECAUSE OF IMPORTANCE! not trying to screetch but be yourself. it won't be fun if you pretend to be someone else.
