Can I turn a cuff into a small change purse?

I recently made a cuff too tight, I really love the pattern and I don't want too leave it sit. Can I turn it into a purse?

yeah you can!! just match up the little spaces on the bottom of the cuff and tie a string on one end and sew it up! and make the little triangle flap and attach it to the top by sewing it together like you did the bottom to make a little flap to close it!

Yeah! What I would do is just sew the button up, and then figure out how to tie more string to the top, and from there make a like triangle on have of it so you can fold that over as the flap, if you get what I'm saying.
