Halloween is coming up and I have nothing to wear. I don't want to be left out of the crowd by not wearing a costume. I just decided that since I don't have a costume I can just kandi up and it'll look like I am in one when I'm really not. Any advice on how to make them? Do the fluffies have to be fluffy or can they be like fabric with stars sewed on or something? I appreciate any helpful answers. Pictures and steps to show how they're made are very helpful.
