How do you make posters?

I've seen so many awesome poster patterns, but I can't figure out how to make them to save my life! Please help me...

You use peyote stitch. There are two kinds of peyote stitches used for flat panels: odd count and even count. If the pattern has an odd number of columns, you use odd count peyote stitch. If it has an even number of columns, you use even count peyote stitch. Even count is the easiest in my opinion. If you look on YouTube you will find tutorials explaining other ways to do it.
