Like how do you get the end bead to stay on when making a peyote. NOT a multi stitch. Every time I do it I feel like I'm not even doing it right. sad

Okay, yeah that one has 7 rows so it's an odd count peyote pattern. Here's a page showing how to do both odd and even: http://www.suzannecooper.com/classroom/flat/flat_class.html

Sorry if you know this, but there are two different kinds of peyote stitch: odd count and even count. If you try to use even count stitch on an odd count pattern, you will have the problem you're describing. If you link me to the pattern you're using I'll tell you whether it's odd or even. It depends on the number of rows (the zig zag end).
