first rave tips please!!

hi!! i;m going to an all- ages pride rave soon, and i;m super excited! i;ve been making tons of kandi to trade (although i would appreciate more suggestions), but i was just kind of wondering if anyone had any tips or disclaimers for going to your first rave!! tysm

Hey! That sounds so epic

Tips:
- make sure to stay safe. even if it's all ages and pride, stuff can still happen. I am NOT saying it will happen, just it's good to be cautious in public places/crowded areas in general.
- bring a friend, let ppl know where you are, check in from time to time (also helps you leave faster if you get tired, which you probably will at a first rave)
- zippered pockets for important belongings (wallet, phone, etc)
- check if the venue/area allows outside food/drink! You may need to bring cash for snacks/water.

Tricks:
- glow sticks are fun lol. the little bendy ones you could even weave through 3d cuffs somehow. (this is a bit difficult lol, but it looks pretty cool)
- see if anything you have reacts to UV light! If those are there, it could be fun to glow in them :-D
