I recently acquired some string, and the material is different than what I usually use and whenever I try to tie it in a knot for my kandi the knot always comes undone! I don't know what to do, there's so much string that I'm unable to use crying

@cornholio: If a fabric knot won't stay it means I've done the knot wrong. The two remedies are either do it again or keep knitting until it cries.

Try super glue! As long as you dont have an allergy, tie it as tight as you can but dont let go of the strings. Super glue the knot and keep holding until it dries enough to stay on its own! Just make sure to wait a full 24 before stretching out the string or wearing anything you make!

what type of string is it bcs usually if its like plastic cord or something it doesnt usually stay tied for some reason so i dont reccomend using it but if its like a fabric covered elastic it shouldnt be doing that it could just be bad quality string

tie multiple knots. if its clear stretch cord i've seen people melt the knot a bit with a lighter to make it more secure
