okay so basically i have a really bad depression room and my anxiety, adhd & autism are keeping me from cleaning it
right now I'm trying to like race a timer to see how much I can get done but the more n more I spend in my room the more I feel horrible and like engaging in neg behaviors instead of actually cleaning my room because it makes me feel bad.
y'all have any advice? i cant really listen to music or have a friend over or anything like that
