I think plastic is easier to use, but cloth covered shit is more versatile so I tend to use that lol

i use the cloth covered cord only cause you can pull is super tight to make it stiff or keep is loose to make it flimsy. Its really just personal pref

i use .7mm bead n streach but it depends on wat ur making and string tention bags, epic 3d cuffs etc. are good for cloth covered but if u want it to streach no cloth covered because it only goes so far and then doesnt budge as appose to non cloth covered which will streach way further so its good for multi and peyote cuffs Hope This HElps big grin

I have used 0.5mm elastic (Stretch magic) I prefer 0.7mm because obviously its less likely to break but cloth covered cord is a lot stronger and better, if your making something 3d and or a bag etc, your best off with cloth covered. laughing

I hate using cloth covered I feel like it's waaaaaaaaay too stretchy so I use .7mm Bead N' Stretch for everything

I never EVER used anything under 1mm elastic. It is flimsy and breaks supper easily. I used stretch magic 1mm giant spools for a while then realized how the elastic cord is 100times better then any elastic and is not even close to being as flimsy and doesn't completely wreck my hands like elastic did, plus it is 100 times easier to use.
