@FictionalReality: understandable! we are SO lucky to have such lowered barriers, even when we first recognised our system bc we are pretty big (86~ alters known rn, and they are pretty active, we only have like, 1 dormant one, Moomintroll, to our knowledge) but thats also i think partially bc we are surprisingly good under stress and was able to figure out we were at least different at so young

we have alters from all the way to maybe 6?? 7?? its hard to remember but isaac, a binding of isaac fictive (our first ever special interest, no dont ask why a five year old was watching THAT /silly) is probably our oldest, despite being technically 5 himself hes older than p much all of us /silly

it took us a while and we've stopped using simplyplural as often (we used to check it everyday just in case but we're more relaxed now, it helps lessen our stress) ADHD mkes us constantly forget to update but we have like a lil note on us to tell us to update so we dont forget as often :] - algae

@Feellicks: hi! this is simplyplural, a system tracker basically, you have members, chats, voting, roles, groups and a fronting chart, which is this! the longer the line, the longer the front! square means currently fronting, circle means an "ended" front, and a diamond (not pictured) would be like, a deleted members front i believe! we classify ourselves as a system (so does medical prof.) and we are pretty big which means we have a lotta people cofronting at times (polyfragmented go brrrrr) so there you go! - algae

We are polyfragmented, and have spurts of short term alters forming from stress that later go dormant or integrate within a few months of existing, so it's always new people popping up and fronting kinda consistently for a few days and then a more stable part and the host taking control for a few days only for the newer part to come back, or a part we didn't know about come to front

It's really hard to keep track of everything. We tried using Simply Plural, but our system is too big to stick with it consistently. We always end up forgetting about it because our switches can be kind of trance like and our ADHD also just makes it hard to hold onto short term memories. We have alters that still exist from way back in childhood, but a lot of them have either integrated or are dormant in our void. We have poor stress management, and because there are so many of us, we often fight on how the body is treated and what we do with it in order for something like that to ever work.
