Blind by Rachel Dewoskin (realistic fiction)

Bang by Barry Lyga (tw: g*n) (realistic fiction)

literally anything by Laurie Halse Anderson (her books contain heavier subjects so I would recommend looking them up online before you decide to read one so that you know what triggers would be in each book) (realistic fiction) (many of her books are also in a poem format which i think is cool)

the Scythe trilogy (although I guess it's not a trilogy anymore since the prequel Gleanings is out now) (Science fiction/ dystopian)

Kindred by Octavia Butler (tw: sa, physical @buse, slavery) (science fiction)

So I have a few books that honestly I loved so much (some even made me cry which is crazy lol)

-Shadow and bone series and Six of crows duo: Yes yes netflix did a crappy job with the series but honestly one of my favs

- Fireborne: I picked this up at a local bookstore and it’s full of dragons and gives httyd vibes

- Jujutsu kaisen: Great manga and anime 10/10

- Graceling: I just started this book and so far so good I quite like it
