Whenever I try to send a dm to a friend on here it won't send??

as the title says, I'm trying to dm a friend and it won't send for some reason?? I typed out what I wanna say, press send and the screen scrolls to the top of the dms, then just scrolls back down!?!? I scrolled back up to see if it sent but it didn't?? So I tried to send again but the same thing happened? then what I wrote just disappeared!!!!??? Anyway, is this happening to anyone else??

Edit 1: it sends to everyone else exept 1 certain freind I don't think they blocked me bcuz they still send msgs to me (they show me some drawings that they did and stuff!! ) but yeah it's been doing this for a few days now, maby a glitch on the website?? I'll try to send the msgs on my computer to see if that does anything, wish me luck!!
