leave funny stories for me to read !!

i have a rly funny story i love

it was in the 6th grade with user @akai, we were both rly into dsmp at the time so one time i was on ao3 and he said 'hey! we should read flowers from 1970!" beware. i was reading ao3 on my school computer. MY SCHOOL COMPUTER. so we started reading it during any chance we got AND WE WERE READING IT DURING CLASS TOGETHER, and soon our teacher (mr. schaw) caught on, and he asked what we were reading. it went like this,

"hey, you two have been in this corner doing something on **old name*'s laptop every time we have freetime, what are you guys doing?" - mr. schaw

"oh. uh. we're just!! reading a book!!" - me

"what book?" - mr. schaw

me and minerva (@akai) shared a look, then looked back at mr. schaw, then looked back at each other.

"it's called flowers from 1970" - minerva

"oh, cool, what's the plot? whats it about?" - mr. schaw

i was literally 5 seconds away from dying of laughter bc i didn't want to explain that we were reading a literal dreamnotfound fanfic on my school computer during class IN THE CORNER OF THE ROOM ON THE DIRTY ASS FLOOR NEXT TO A FUCKING VENT AND CLOSET DURING FREETIME.

minerva explained the plot, and mr. schaw said 'oh cool! i'll check it out." AND I DIED. I LAUGHED SO DAMN HARD I THINK I LOST A LUNG. i then explained to him it was a minecraft youtuber fanfiction and it wasn't an actual book. he then laughed nervously and said 'ok.'

fast forward a few days when we finished it, we were SOBBING OVER THE ENDING. LIKE SOBBING. we were crying in that corner and everyone was looking at us and GOD IT WAS EMBARRASSING.

mr. schaw made fun of us for crying over it (i will never forgive him for that /j), and when we finally calmed down he said, 'now that you guys are done reading your fanfiction, you can write some fanfiction! about your greek mythology assignment.' and that was it...

JK LOL. during the summer, minerva brought up the whole event and we laughed about it but then i said, "hey, what if i sent mr. schaw flowers from 1970?" SO I DID. I SENT A FUCKING DNF FANFIC TO MY 6TH GRADE TEACHER. AND HE READ IT.

he said it was pretty well written and he could understand why we cried lol, one of my fav moments of 6th grade brings back nice memories
